Second Meeting OpenMakers in Cori/Italy

We had a quite productive and fruitful meeting with the OpenMakers partners by the leading of Polygonal team. Partners checked out their ongoing tasks and duties,progress about Intellectual Outputs and financial situations also discussed during the meeting.Open data competency framework V1 presented by Polygonal and all partners reviewed it.We had a partner dinner meeting as well.
