Skills 4 Work

The S.K.I.L.L.S 4 work seeks to enhance trainers’ skills and confidence, while empowering migrant learners by improving their communication, digital, and learning process skills, ultimately facilitating their inclusion in the labor market and society.

The project aims to improve training quality standards for adult migrant education by developing three main outputs:
1- Four trainer curricula tailored to a learning-to-learn approach, in five languages.
2- An Online Resource Center offering learning modules, tools, guidelines, and resources to support trainers.
3- Common certification criteria and an assessment tool for trainers, translated into multiple languages.
